Davion Healthcare Plc has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Humaskan Ltd, a medical technology company. The acquisition strengthens Davion's portfolio of non-invasive remote health monitoring solutions and healthcare IP.

Davion Healthcare Plc has today appointed Mr Andreas Ttofi as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Toffi is an ACCA registered accountant and will oversee the company's financial operations globally. Also appointed today was Mr Jan Dulman as an Independent Director. Mr Dulman is a qualified CPA and will head up the company's Audit Committee as its Chairman.
