Jeremy North
Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy has held senior executive roles across technology-led and innovation-driven businesses. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CloudMade Group, an automotive software and artificial intelligence company developing technology for leading global automotive OEMs. He led the turnaround of the business and its subsequent acquisition by Stellantis, overseeing strategic planning, operational transformation, transaction execution and stakeholder engagement.
Jeremy also co-founded Dearman Engine Company and served as Chief Financial Officer, helping secure more than £30 million in equity and grant funding while supporting commercial growth, strategic partnerships and business development. He has held senior leadership roles within Nasdaq-listed Zapp Electric Vehicles Group, contributing to corporate governance, investor engagement, strategic planning and public company activities.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has participated in raising more than £100 million in equity and grant funding, with experience in buy-side and sell-side M&A, business integration, restructuring and international expansion. Earlier in his career, he worked at Stoy Hayward Corporate Finance (now BDO), advising on acquisition due diligence and IPO execution.
